I am trying to add users to my jira instance and we are not able to do it. The error that appears is the following:
We had one disabled account and it was removed, still the problem persists. When looking for more users disabled, they dont appear anymore.
Looking through the threads of the community I found a potential solution entering the "managed users" section. As shown below, we have no managed users in order to reactivate the account.
Should I open a support ticket. We need to include these users urgently.
