Is it possible to request UK only based support?
or is there a way that a ticket could be picked up by someone as part of the follow the sun model and manually re-routed internally to a UK based team?

Is your question referring to the Atlassian support or do you want to configure your own Jira Service Management instance to route tickets based on Support Times?

thanks for the links - the enterprise support states 'dedicated senior team' - can these be specified as UK?
