Free account - organisation admin has left

I'm a site admin of a free account, the organisation admin has left and I need that role to switch to me.

Hello @Paras Shah 

Follow the below approach

  • Contact your organization's IT department, whenever the person leaves for some particular time his account is mapped to a manager or some other persons mailbox because everyone is not aware about him leaving the org and they can mail him directly for an assistance
  • Try to find the account and reset the password and then login to admin.atlassian.com and tranfer the org rights to your account
  • If you don't get any info last option is Atlassian Support

As we on the community cannot take any action on this, I've escalated this to Atlassian to take a look. They should respond within 2 business days.
