Having trouble with permissions for Atlassian and verifying domains

Hello,

 

I am an organization admin for our Atlassian instance, and I see that my domain has not been verified. I also see that one of our users is an org admin even though they are not on the list for org admin. TWe may have multiple Atlassian instances  and they are interfering with one another.
