How can I receive my verification email

Hello,

 

I've been trying for several days to receive my verification email so I can use the Jira application, but no sucess.

 

I'm using a corporate email and I've done everything that is said in your help guide but still don't receive! The email is lucas_morimoto_1@carrefour.com
