As of yesterday (March 2013) Answers is now part of Atlassian ID. We've got it on our backlog to allow email address changes. Please refer to ANSWERS-922.
We haven't built a migration feature yet because there have been very few requests for email changes, although eventually it's inevitable. The way to do it is to make a new user in my.atlassian.com. If you want to have your karma, badges, answers moved to this new user, email us at answers@atlassian.com and we'll migrate it all.
