Hi everyone,
we enabled 2FA for our external users. They will then get an mail with a verification code which is valid for 10 minutes (As described here https://support.atlassian.com/atlassian-account/docs/verify-your-identity/).
The problem now is that we have users in a company where it takes 15 minutes or more for the mail to finally arrive. For those, the 2FA is not working, they don't get access at all. And they can't change anything on their side.
Is there a way to keep 2FA, but change the validity duration for example? Or to use an authenticator app instead of a mail?
