Locked out because MS Account blocked

Howdy,

I have a small little Atlassian org that I've had for years.  I had my company Microsoft account linked to it and set as the Org Admin, but was recently let go.  I wanted to set up a new Org Admin account so I clicked my bookmark and was logged in as that account probably due to a cookie/token.  I created a new account to take over,  could've sworn I made it Org Admin from the start, and verified it.  When I log back in the account is part of the Org, but as Org Admin.  My old company has blocked my MS account so now I can't get in to elevate the new account and am locked out of Org Admin. I'm concerned not just from an access perspective but also that I have some addins that bill me.  

Is there anything I can do?
