Currently, we have only site admins on the settings -- administrators, so we have no way to link our SCIM push groups , or assign product access. Also no way to engage a support ticket, just this community. Invitiing an admin with site admin access results in another site admins.
Selecting manage product access from the directory results in
Request access from your administrator.

Your request is not clear enough for us to be able to assist you.
If you are an org admin, you should be able to navigate to admin.atlassian.com and map product access to the SCIM groups.
There is always at least 1 organisation admin in an org.

thanks, the issue is identifying the org admin as its just "Administrators" and it seems im not an org admin not being able to manage product access. so then what happens when the "org admin" is no longer employed with the company ?
