I submitted a service request nearly four days ago. However, I haven't received any updates on its status. "CA-2994785 " "JST-1004943"
I've checked my invoices on https://support.atlassian.com/subscriptions-and-billing/resources/ and haven't found any outstanding payments.
Despite updating my credit card details multiple times, I keep receiving emails stating "Action needed: Please update your payment details." My attempts to contact your team haven't been successful.
Could you please advise on how I can resolve this payment issue?
