I have a question about managed accounts.
How can I change accounts from 'normal' accout to account managed by identity provider ?
We are using right now Atlassian Access and we trying to make order, but there are accouts from the 'past'. What can we do with this?
Do you mean, how do you change an account from unmanaged to managed?
It should happen when you activate Access, and verify your domain.

All the Atlassian accounts with email addresses from your verified domain become managed accounts.
