Can I use Atlassian Access without verifying a domain?

I would like to use Atlassian Access and authenticate users via SAML and log them in via a Keycloak server. For many other services (and also when using Confluence and JIRA server versions) this works fine, but for Atlassian Access I am required to verify our domain, which I currently cannot do. Are there any alternatives?

Any update of that? How can I synchronize users using Atlassian Access without having my own domain?

Hey @Matthias Böhmer - in order for you to enforce SSO using Atlassian Access, you will need to first verify a domain and manage the users on that domain. You will then be able to set an authentication policy for those managed users.

If you're interested, we can set up some time chat about this further. I'd be interested to learn more about your current setup and why verifying a domain is not possible.

You could use an access addon per product, e.g. for Confluence or Jira.  These addons are usually paid and listed in the marketplace.
