Hi i have a question about Atlassian Access + Jira Service Management + SAML SSO.
We are currently in the process of setting up SAML SSO + Okta for our Atlassian set up for our internal users using Bitbucket, Confluence, Jira, and Jira Service Management. Whats not clear to me is will i have to set up SAML SSO as well for our portal customers. Or is that something that can be skipped for now and the portal only customers log in the same way they do currently?
You do not have to set up SAML SSO for your external customers, they can log in the same way they currently do. The SAML SSO is only for the domain(s) that you manage.
