An account was created in our Atlassian cloud for a new staff member, however, when they try to reset their password they aren't receiving an email.

There was a bounce on your email address, that's why the notification was not being delivered:
550: 550 5.4.1 Recipient address rejected: Access denied. AS({hex}) [PU1APC01FT057.eop-APC01.prod.protection.outlook.com]
I removed this bounce and you should receive the reset password email now.
