Unable to connect to gsuite

I'm getting an error in the atlassian access Directory -> G Suite page saying "Unable to Connect with G Suite - we don't recognize your credentials". When I click "reconnect to gsuite", and authenticate with Google, an error quickly pops up "not okay: nonOrgTenantsExist". How do I get past this error so that setup options become available?

Hi Ben, can you raise a ticket with this issue for our support team? I've never come across an issue like this before, and it sounds like something we'd want to investigate.
