Where Do I Find my Atlassian Cloud Access Token?

We had Atlassian set up to sync from our Google directory before Atlassian Access was a product. Now that we have Atlassian Access I would like to set up user provisioning properly, but when I am in the app authorization page in the google admin console under SAML configuration for Atlassian Cloud, it's asking me for an access token and I can't figure out where to locate that.

I believe it is the API key, which is generated, when you create a SCIM Directory.
