Good afternoon, and thanks for reporting this issue to us. I'm sorry to hear you've been locked out of your site.
I can raise a support ticket on your behalf. Could you share either your organization ID, or anything that I can use to identify your account?
Otherwise, you can reach out to the Customer Advocates team and let them know you're trying to reach Atlassian Guard Support but you're locked out of your admin account, and they'll be able to collect the necessary info and transfer you.

As a best practice I do recommend to always keep at least a single admin out of the Authentication policy that enforces SSO.
