When will users be able to create their own Projects, Kanban Boards and Scrum Boards *Cloud ONLY*

Granular permissions in Jira Cloud *ONLY*

Creating a discussion post for further permission availability in Jira Cloud

In particular, I want to be able to:

• Give certain users the ability to create their own Kanban boards / sprints
  • This should be available on Team Managed and Company Managed projects
• Give certain users the ability to create their own Team or Company Managed projects
  • They should have full access rights to only those projects

Quite probably never.

Company-managed projects are supposed to be created and managed by the administrators.  There are some apps for Server/DC that allow for some delegation, so people can create projects without being admins, but even they limit the process to only allowing people so use existing admin-controlled schemes.

The permissions setup is probably never going to change either.
