How do I turn off auto renew as it won’t let me delete

Welcome to the community.  If you are the site admin, then you can go to Settings >> Atlassian Admin section >> Billings option to manage your subscription(s).

If you still have problem, then I would recommend that you reach out to Atlassian Support (https://support.atlassian.com) for further assistance.
