Where is the Atlassian Cloud G Suite Add-on in Gmail?

I added the G Suite Add-on and see that it's enabled for everyone in the domain, but even after refresh I don't see the Atlassian Cloud option in the sidebar. How do I enable the button in users's side bar in Gmail (the bar on the right)?

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

G Suite is a feature that is already available on Cloud sites, it's not necessary to install any add-on. 

You can find the option on Cog icon > User management.

Also, it shouldn't be necessary to install anything on the GSuite side, so I'm not sure what button you are mentioning. Can you please share a screenshot or the documentation where this information was added?
