Would like to know if we can present each product in our atlassian suite as separate applications

Hi there,

We currently have Atlassian set up as an enterprise app in Azure AD with SSO and provisioning but wondering if we could set up each product in the suite separately so we can manage provisioning and roles with groups.  Currently, we cannot use groups to administer roles since we log in through the Atlassian gateway to get to our products.  Is this possible?
