Hi @菜菜

Thank you for reaching out. It sounds like there might be some confusion regarding the access and use of our CLI tools and the company's building point?

Could you please provide a bit more detail about your issue? We want to make sure we fully understand your situation so we can assist you effectively.

Would it be possible, please, to write in English? Unfortunately, while translating your question, I believe there are things that were lost in translation.

Thank you for your patience and understanding!

Kind regards,

Jovana

I'm sorry, the response just now was not in English
Okay, currently I can use the command normally, but it will prompt me to create one first Rovo Dev Agents is not installed on your site, But I am unable to access the following link“ https://www.atlassian.com/try/cloud/signup?bundle=devai ”Create relevant sites, and the following are the relevant CLI logs:
sun@MacBook-Pro work % sudo acli rovodev run
Password:

Welcome to Rovo Dev (beta), Atlassian's AI coding agent.

Here are some quick tips:

• Ask Rovo Dev anything in your own words - from "explain this repo" to "add
unit tests".
• Type "/" at any time to see available commands.
• Use CTRL+C to interrupt the agent during generation.
• Use /exit to quit.

Hi @菜菜

Thank you so much for adding more information here!

May I ask, does your organisation already have an Atlassian Jira site?

A Jira instance needs to meet specific requirements before you can install Rovo Dev Agents. You must have a paid Jira Cloud subscription (Premium or Enterprise plan is recommended), and you need to be an admin of the Jira site. Additionally, Rovo must already be installed on your site before adding Rovo Dev Agents

If so, you should speak to your admins, because they're the ones who can install the Rovo Dev Agents properly.

You can get those instructions here: https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Rovo-for-Software-Teams-Beta/Get-started-with-the-Rovo-Dev-Agents-now-in-beta/ba-p/2986367

Let us know if this information helped!

Kind regards,

Jovana

No, I looked at the document link you provided and found that the final step is to add the product, but it is the same as the operation in the video. However, I did not see the created one at the bottom

This is a screenshot of the steps provided in the document

But according to the document, there is no such option. Here is a screenshot of my operation

Why don't I have this option?

Hi @菜菜

When you use this link: https://www.atlassian.com/try/cloud/signup?bundle=devai

Do you see a Jira instance already available as an option or you only see the option to start a new site?

At what point do the screenshots above happen? Is that the view you get after clicking this link ?

@菜菜

I had the same issue and this is how I fixed it:

  1. First, go to admin.atlassian.com and create a new Jira site.

  2. After that, use this specific link to sign up for the Dev AI features: https://www.atlassian.com/try/cloud/signup?bundle=devai

This should provision your new site with Rovo and allow you to log in.
