Please excuse me for using this comment section for this. However, I am unable to report a bug/feedback as I do not have access to rovodevagents.

For commands that are supposed to execute tools for example a simple powershell script, rovo dev runs in a loop and does nothing. I have waited about 30 minutes, but nothing happens. 
Im on 0.10.2
