I've been using Rovo Dev CLI for 2 months without any issues (I am paying user).
Today, all of the sudden, I started getting these when I run acli rovodev run:

I’m trying to determine whether this issue is isolated to my environment or a broader issue affecting others.
In meantime, I've created a new ticket (RDABS-1271) including my Atlassian account and org ID at Rovo Dev Agents Closed Beta support portal,
my env:
Rovo Dev CLI: 0.11.23
Operating System: Darwin 23.4.0 (arm64) > macOS: 14.4.1 (23E224)
Git: git version 2.42.0
UPDATE: OK, looks like its an issue affecting other users too. I am suspecting this might be a bug in user permission logic related to recent changes to Beta program (and the need to install rovo dev agents etc.).
me too at today
same
Reaching out to the Atlassian team on this.
Thank you so much @Bryan Wieger.
I created a new ticket (RDABS-1271) including my Atlassian account and org ID at Rovo Dev Agents Closed Beta support portal, could you also attach this to your message please?
@Nam Nguyễn hoài https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/acli/guides/install-windows/

I am also facing this exact same issue.

Can you upgrade and try again please?
all good now
@Jovana Dunisijevic Actually, now I keep getting rovodev is not installed on your site, when I try getting there via admin.attlassian.com to the rovo app it also says its not installed on my site.
hey @Tom Wilczynski
can I please get you to update both your ACLI & Rovo Dev?
ACLI should be on 1.3.4-stable version
and
Rovo Dev should be on 0.11.24
Hopefully that solves it for you!
Jov
@Jovana Dunisijevic didn't seem to solve the issue, still saying its not installed: Heres the versions
Wed Sep 24 ~ $> acli --version
acli version 1.3.4-stable
Wed Sep 24 ~ $> acli rovodev --version
Rovo Dev CLI: 0.11.24
Operating System: Darwin 23.6.0 (arm64)
Git: git version 2.39.3 (Apple Git-145)
@Tom Wilczynski You can try reopen 'rovodev cli' in your site. I faced the same issue in yesterday. https://{{your jira site}}/rovodev/rovo-dev-cli
hey @Tom Wilczynski
The team released a fix today and that should have been rolled out to everyone by now!
can you give that an update and retry please?
@Jovana Dunisijevic Yeah feels stable now. Thanks for the fix.
Automatically resolved. Looks like it was a bug which has been solved.
This issue has been fixed in the latest version of RovoDev CLI (0.11.24). Most customers should automatically get the update by starting rovodev using `acli rovodev` command.
You should be able to verify the version or Rovodev Cli by running `acli rovodev --version`.
If your version is not still updated please upgrade acli by following this link: https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/acli/guides/update-install-guide/
Thanks
