Anyone else having trouble connecting Rovo to Google Drive

I'm having trouble connecting. Working with Tech Support for 2 weeks, I am now up to copying and pasting API "scope" lists into my Google account. Whatever they are. I'm not a software engineer at all.

I can't understand what makes my connection so hard.
