Can Rovo Search display PRs from private GH repositories if the user has appropriate permissions?

I want to use Rovo Search to help summarise changes to our code by looking up PRs.
However, any PR searches I make in Rovo do not return any results from our private repositories, which are the ones I need to look at.

I have set up the GitHub connector on Rovo, given it Full Access and enabled "Display in Rovo Search"; I have given Jira access to all organisation repositories in GitHub. Are there any permission settings I have missed, either in Rovo/Atlassian or GitHub itself, or is Rovo Search access to private repos simply not possible?
