Hi there. I created a Rovo agent for my product organization. Is there a way to track usage of the agent? I see in Studio it says 1 user, but that isn't entirely clear. Are there any other ways to understand if the agent is being used and to what scale?

Hi Zoe,

At the moment, Rovo agents usage tracking is quite limited — the “1 user” indicator you see in Rovo Studio simply means one workspace or entity has interacted with the agent, but it doesn’t reflect full activity metrics yet.

Currently, you can check usage in a few indirect ways:

  1. Rovo Studio → Agent Activity
    • This shows the most recent interactions (if enabled for your instance).
  2. Audit log (Atlassian Admin)
    • If your site has Atlassian Intelligence enabled, check under Organization Admin → Security → Audit log — you can sometimes see Rovo access entries.
  3. Admin Insights (when rolled out)
    • Atlassian is gradually rolling out extended usage analytics for Rovo across organizations, including message counts and engagement metrics.

As of now, there’s no dedicated usage dashboard beyond what’s shown in Studio. The product team has confirmed that richer reporting is planned as part of the upcoming Rovo GA (General Availability) release.
