When we start the roll-out of Rovo, we are wondering if we can control who gets Rovo or which projects Rovo is activated on or is it once Rovo is available it is available to everyone that has a Jira or Confluence license in our environment?
Currently activating Rovo is on the instance level, you cannot control which projects it should/should not be activated for. But Rovo does respect the permissions a user has, so if your project is limited to specific users then users that do not have access to the project will not see results from that limited project.
