Hi @KVG Innovate! This error means the CLI can’t start the MCP server, likely due to a network block, firewall, or proxy issue. Ensure https://mcp.atlassian.com is reachable from your machine. If you keep getting this message you'll need to open a support ticket https://support.atlassian.com/ and consider checking out the community group for the Dev Cli beta: https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Rovo-for-Software-Teams-Beta/Introducing-Rovo-Dev-CLI-AI-Powered-Development-in-your-terminal/ba-p/3043623

Hi @KVG Innovate

Please reach out using the support portal link in the error message of https://rovodevagents.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/1/group/1/create/45

That will then allow you to create a support case with the specific Atlassian team that is operating the beta for Rovo Dev Agents / Rovo Dev CLI

Thanks

Andy
