How to resolve rate limit error in Rovodev?

I am getting rate limit error in Rovodev without any token usage. Please see the screenshot below:

Based on your screenshot, this appears to be a per-user rate limit, not related to token usage (which looks fine). These limits are designed to prevent overloading the Rovo Dev CLI with too many rapid requests. Try slowing the command frequency or restarting the CLI. If the issue persists, please report it using the thumbs-down in the CLI and consider reaching out to Support.
