My Rovo app shows "I'll fetch the template for you. Please hold on a moment." but never returns it

Hello All,

We recently developed our first app using Rovo. When I ask it to perform a certain task and return a template for the Internal Audit Report, it says "I'll fetch the template for you. Please hold on a moment." and it stops there. It never actually returns anything.

Our app searches through a certain set of resources that we have where this template already exists. 

Is anyone else having similar issues to that? Is there something related to Rovo or is it just our app?

Hello! I’ve been experimenting with Rovo and noticed that, like GPT and other LLM models, it struggles when it can't access certain information or doesn't fully understand the instructions. Instead of clearly saying 'no' or indicating its limitations, it simply claims it will do the task but returns nothing. You may want to design the solution differently to make your templates more accessible to Rovo—perhaps by organizing them as a dedicated page?
