Hello Team,
I am currently exploring capabilities for ROVO (not using forge), I wanted to check does ROVO has capability to directly read Jira Configurations, like Workflows, Automation Rules, screens etc.
For example
1. I want to have a documentation created by ROVO on Automation Rules I have in my system, can ROVO read those Rule, if names or links are provided?
2. Can ROVO look into my workflows to provide my information like when it was last updated, who updated it an all?
NOTE: I do not want to use forge and develop this Agent Natively.
I know ROVO uses Plugins and action to search and perform, Does Instruction provided to ROVO while its creation triggers which plugin to use?
I am just getting started with ROVO, really need to understand how it works.

I hope you are doing well. I believe the answer is no! While I could be wrong I have tested this theory to ask if it knows how my site is built or how a screen is configured. I didn't have luck with Rovo being able to give me back any information on the Jira configuration.
While I do believe that this would be possible with Forge and make a Rovo agent that reads the configuration I am not to sure it can do this out of the box.
A few things I did to test this was ask how the screen schemes were configured and if they were shared. It did give me the answer but it did tell me why its good to configure it that way. I also asked about how the project was configured but it only spit out information that was in the project.
I think you will have to go to the market place and find an app that can help.
@Aaron Geister _Trundl_ I agree. Currently, Rovo does not have native capabilities to directly access or retrieve detailed Jira configuration elements such as workflows, automation rules, or screen schemes. Consider submitting a features request.
To enable Rovo to interact with specific Jira configurations, you would typically need to develop a custom solution using Atlassian's Forge platform. Forge allows developers to create custom Rovo agents that can access and manipulate Jira configurations through the Jira REST API.

Hi @Akhand Pratap Singh
I wrote an article in my confluence space that could help you. It is not a direct solution with Rovo, but in particular I helped me quite document flows. You can extend it to thousands of more things if you are creative with the APIs. I hope it helps you!
