My goal is to create a Virtual Service agent/chatbot that will assist customers of the JSM Cloud service portal in getting help or creating a support ticket.
However, when I'm getting to the "Create Service Agent" option in the studio , after this step, I can only follow pre-defined options such as :
Please advise if you have any ideas / workarounds
You can definitely create a custom agent irrespective of OOO (in-built) agents available with Rovo. Let me know if you want me to provide the prompt to create a new custom agent without coding (no code).
