Hi @lamb

Welcome to the Atlassian community!

Please try in different browsers, incognito mode.
Disable browser extensions.
Change the network, try vpn connection temporarily.

If problem persists, please contact Atlassian support team with the error message via https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/
