How do you enable a custom Rovo chatbot to be able to use Deep Research?

Currently, agents cannot use deep research, which is also something that you can see when you hover over the Deep Research button on your agent. Keep an eye for the cloud roadmap from Atlassian: https://www.atlassian.com/roadmap/cloud?selectedProduct=rovo&

Thanks, I am not clear which of the roadmaps in that link speak to this specific point. Could you point me in the right direction? Thanks!

Hi @Zac Wolf 

The Roadmap usually doesn't show all features. I checked all feature requests on here Rovo - Issues - Create and track feature requests for Atlassian products. but couldn't find anything on that topic.

The Rovo team checks the Community quite regularly and might open a request for this later on - the other option is to contact Support and ask them to open one. You can then vote on the Request.

I was unable to ask Support to open an issue for this. If someone else is having challenges with this limitation, I would appreciate that you work with support to get an ticket entered and reshare it here.
