Get Rovo to provide updates on specific Atlas goals

Hey there,

I'm trying to set up a Rovo Agent that summarizes the progress different teams have made toward their quarterly goals. In theory, you can easily identify the relevant goals using a custom field ('Quarter'), combined with the 'Teams' system field. However, despite multiple rounds of prompt engineering, the agent doesn't seem to properly and reliably use these fields to locate the correct goals.

I've also realized that, despite including specific instructions in the prompt, Rovo doesn't seem to be able to include the goal 'updates' in its responses.

Just curious if others have faced similar issues - and wondering if there are any known tricks or workarounds for this problem?

I tried to build an agent to provide summaries for goals that met certain criteria but all it was able to do was interrogate Confluence for OKR content (we use Atlassian Goals to manage our OKRs).

I'm not sure if Rovo is able to access content in Atlassian Home/Platform Experiences. I hope that's coming - it would be a huge time-saver for our business.

Interesting to hear that you've been facing similar issues! This Rovo support article says that agents are able to 'retrieve the contents from certain URLs (including Confluence, Jira, Atlas, Google, SharePoint, and Slack).', so I assumed that Atlas Goals fall within this definition - but that doesn't seem to be the case (?)

Also just read on the Rovo product page that it 'leverages Teamwork Graph to deliver accurate, personalized AI insights across teams, work, goals, and knowledge from day one.'
