This issue has been happening for many users recently.

  • Have you tried incognito mode?
  • Have you cleared your cache?

If you are using premium Jira, you can write a ticket for Atlassian support. If you don't, sign up for a trial, then after you are done with support, you can cancel it, you won't be charged.
