Unable to Access Rovo Dev CLI

Facing this issue since morning when trying to access the rovo dev cli: 
"No Atlassian sites with active Rovo Dev SKU found. Failed to start Rovo Dev CLI".

Any one know why this happening? Was working fine few hours ago.

Hi everyone,

The error message:

“No Atlassian sites with active Rovo Dev SKU found. Failed to start Rovo Dev CLI.”

means that the CLI cannot find any Atlassian Cloud site (Jira, Bitbucket, etc.) where the Rovo Dev “Standard” SKU (the paid or trial entitlement) is currently active for your user or site.

Rovo Dev just launched General Availability (GA) on October 2025. There are major changes in how access is provisioned and checked.

Can you please confirm if you are still facing this issue?

If yes, then I would recommend you to raise a ticket with our support team so that we can check for the necessary licenses.
