I am Marcia Biggar Senior Sales Manager for Adaptavist based here in San Diego.  I primarily use Jira and Confluence for Employee Onboarding/Offboarding, as a Sales CRM tool (talk about change management - no more salesforce) and HipChat for all internal conversations.
