I need to know the type of license that have Source tree, it's totally free without limit or depends of the use?

Yes, SourceTree is absolutely free without time or feature limits. See the first question in the SourceTree FAQ.

However, you must register for a FREE license key. You can start the registration process by going to the SourceTree Registration Page.
