Cannot use "Open In Terminal" on Sourcetree: The requested path 'H:\' does not exist

I am trying to use "Open In Terminal" functionality of Sourcetree at Actions menu. However I get the following error: "The requested path 'H:\' does not exist".  I have changed Git from System to embedded and problem still persists. Is there anyway I can fix this error?
