Crashes when opening project

If I try to open a project it crashes.

Need workaround, need to check in code.

Same for me and it has been for a while, despite reinstalling. Sometimes it will work and sometimes it will crash.

I don't know if it will work for others, but it seems like changing the Window Restoration setting to "Don't restore windows on startup" avoids the problem.

There must be something wrong with how it's trying to track window state.
