[FEATURE REQUEST] Allow resizing of `Delete Branches` modal window

On Mac (version 4.2.12 [275]), the `Delete Branches` modal window is impossibly tiny, making it extremely hard to manage bulk cleanup of branches without serious frustration.

Please either increase the default height and width, or simply enable manual resizing.
