Failed SourceTree installation on Windows 7

I got an error while trying to install SourceTree on a 64-bit Windows 7 machine: "Application cannot be started. Contact the application vendor." .NET framework 4.5 is already installed. I've also tried using the offline installer as suggested here https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/149591/is-there-an-offline-installer-for-windows-version-of-sourcetree but got the same error below. Thanks!

Did you try extracting the zip file instead of running it while compressed? IE: right click zip file and click "Extract all..."?
