SourceTree 2.0 "Bookmarks" flat structure

Having all "bookmarks" (i.e. repository folders) flat is a drawback. It's confusing and removes the previously applied hierarchy structure to repositories/folders.

Also, it's not needed as there is a search (for those that like a flat view on things).
