How to prevent that when I restart SourceTree (version 3.3.4) all my sub trees disappear

After upgrading to the latest version of SourceTree, my sub trees disappear after I restart SourceTree. I didn't have this problem in the previous version (but I don't remember which version that was. A recent one for sure).

 

How can I fix this?

I reverted back to version 3.2.6 and the problem does not occur there. So, at least for now I will not upgrade :)
