I've got an existing Java project that builds under NetBeans, producing a .jar file. I think it uses ant for its build process. It's in one package with a couple of subpackages.
I need to move it into a sourcetree/bitbucket repository for both code storage and compilation.
What's the best way to import it? Do I just grab the whole project directory from NetBeans or do I create a new repository and copy the code over one file at a time or do I do something else...
Hi Mik,
The first step would be to create a repository on Bitbucket Cloud with the project you'd like to manage (don't include build artifacts or other temporary items.) Sourcetree can simplify this process. After that you can set up Bitbucket Pipelines probably to have continuous integration (CI) for your code.
