I wonder i can upload repository on github or connect on github.

Yes, sourcetree can connect to any Git or Mercurial remote that supports standard protocols.

You will probably have to create an empty repository on Github, then add that as a remote to SourceTree, then push your repository. However, I've never used Github, so the first step may be inaccurate.
