Is this a bug?

I just downloaded version 3.4.6 and am trying to clone down a repo, but SourceTree completely freezes and shuts down every time I try. I have tried to clone from my remote account or by going to Cone/New. It detects the repository type, advanced options start to spin but never load and the whole application just shuts down. I can't accomplish anything with it working like this. Please address.
