SourceTree Beta 2 jumps when adding files

I noticed that SourceTree "jumps" when adding files to commit. The diff panel jumps 2 times after adding a segment of file, the file lists jump, loose focus and scroll without my control.

Did anybody notice similar?

It is buggy, but still better than 1.x. And actually I found great workaround that is a life-saver: 

Menu -> Tools -> Options -> General tab -> uncheck Refresh automatically when files change

Now every time you need to commit something (you changed the files) just press F5 to refresh unstaged files. Voila!

I have the same issues as well. 
Sometmes it is missing for a moment and it will reappear.
Sourcetree 2 too buggy !
